1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or scheduling an appointment via the MediNest portal (located at http://localhost/MEDINEST or its designated domains), you enter into a legally binding agreement between yourself ("User", "Pet Owner", or "You") and MediNest ("We", "Our", or "Us").

If you do not accept and agree with all provisions outlined herein, you must immediately discontinue the registration process and refrain from accessing or utilizing our services.

2 User Accounts & Eligibility

To register an account on MediNest, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• You must be an individual at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.
• You agree to provide accurate, truthful, current, and complete details during registration (including your legal name, active Philippine mobile number, valid email, and residential address).
• You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password) and for all actions that transpire under your registered profile.
• Creating accounts under false identities, fraudulent emails, or multiple unauthorized profiles is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension.

3 Veterinary Healthcare Services

MediNest provides digital management software, appointment scheduling tools, pet health passports, vaccination trackers, and communication bridges between pet owners and participating accredited veterinary clinics.

Professional Medical Relationship: All veterinary clinical evaluations, diagnostic testing, surgical procedures, immunizations, and drug prescriptions are administered strictly by licensed and accredited veterinarians employed by their respective independent clinics. MediNest itself does not engage in the unlawful practice of veterinary medicine and does not substitute for direct hands-on examination by a licensed veterinarian.

4 Appointments, Rescheduling & Cancellations

When booking appointments through MediNest:

• Timely Arrival: Pet owners are requested to arrive at the chosen clinic 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
• Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you cannot attend a scheduled consultation, you should reschedule or cancel at least two (2) hours in advance through your dashboard to allow clinic staff to accommodate other patients in need.
• Clinic Autonomy: Individual participating clinics retain full authority to enforce their own walk-in queues, emergency prioritization, and specific cancellation policies.

5 Pet Medical Records & Digital Health Passports

MediNest maintains digital veterinary records, including vaccination logs, medical histories, diagnosis notes, and laboratory reports submitted by accredited clinics.

You grant participating veterinary clinics and attending veterinary practitioners permission to document and upload your pet's clinical observations, prescriptions, and health records into the MediNest database for continuity of care. You may view and export these records from your pet owner dashboard at any time.

6 Fees, Billing & Payment Terms

Registration and pet profile creation on MediNest are free for pet owners. Fees for clinical consultations, medications, laboratory tests, surgical operations, and grooming services are set directly by the chosen veterinary clinic.

When utilizing online payment features (e.g. PayMongo, card processing, or digital e-wallets), payments are securely processed through certified third-party payment gateways. In-clinic counter payments remain subject to the individual clinic's accepted payment methods.

7 Emergency Medical Disclaimer

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law in the Philippines, MediNest and its developers, partners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for:

• Medical outcomes, diagnoses, surgical procedures, or advice provided by individual veterinary clinics or their clinical personnel.
• Temporary technical downtime, network disruptions, or telecommunication delays beyond our direct control.
• Inaccuracies or omissions in pet information supplied by pet owners or clinic staff.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from or relating to the use of MediNest shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion; failing which, venue shall lie within the proper courts of Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
