By creating an account, accessing, or scheduling appointments through MediNest, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue registration immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old or possess legal guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate, truthful personal contact details (full name, verified email, and Philippine mobile number) and to safeguard your login password.
MediNest provides digital booking, health passports, and clinic communication tools. All clinical assessments, surgeries, vaccinations, diagnostic lab tests, and prescriptions are rendered exclusively by licensed, independent veterinary clinics. MediNest does not practice veterinary medicine directly.
Pet owners are requested to arrive at the chosen clinic 10–15 minutes prior to appointment times. If you must reschedule or cancel, please provide at least two (2) hours advance notice via your dashboard to allow clinic staff to accommodate waiting patients.
You authorize attending veterinarians to record and store your pet's vaccination records, treatment histories, prescriptions, and diagnostic lab reports on MediNest. You can inspect or export these records anytime from your Pet Owner Portal.
Creating pet profiles is free for pet owners. Consultation, medication, and clinical service fees are set directly by individual veterinary clinics. Any online payments are processed securely through certified payment gateways.
MediNest is not liable for medical outcomes or independent actions of participating clinics, nor for unforeseen telecommunications disruptions beyond our direct control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. For inquiries, reach out to our team at support@medinest.com.
We collect your full name, contact number, verified email address, residential address / barangay / city, optional map coordinates, password hash (bcrypt), and your companion pet profiles (name, breed, gender, age, medical history).
Your data is used strictly to process clinic bookings, send automated schedule reminders, maintain digital vaccination passports, match you with nearby vet clinics, and verify user accounts.
Diagnostic lab results, vaccination history, medication logs, and clinical observations entered by attending veterinary doctors are securely stored and viewable anytime in your pet owner portal.
Your contact details and pet records are shared only with the specific veterinary clinics you book appointments with. We never sell, lease, or rent your personal or pet information to third-party advertisers or brokers.
All passwords are encrypted with bcrypt, communication runs across secure HTTPS/TLS, database queries utilize parameterized prepared statements, and role-based permissions prevent unauthorized data access.
Under RA 10173, you hold the right to be informed, access your data, rectify inaccuracies, request account anonymization/deletion, and export your pet's medical passport at any time.
The interactive map requests GPS coordinates solely to center clinic search results. You may deny GPS permission and type your address manually. Only essential session cookies are used.
